The attention to detail and ambiance created a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for senior people like myself. , the hotel's accessibility was excellent, making it easy for us to move around and enjoy all the amenities without any trouble.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. While the staff was generally helpful, it would have been nice to have some additional support specifically tailored to the needs of senior guests.

The villas are very spacious and airy, the outside sitting area and the open bathroom are very nice. The plunge pool is not very big, but clean and nice for a refreshing bath. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the made our stay very pleasant. The spa treatment was excellent too.

The staff was responsive and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They even helped us switch to a brand new bike when the rental company delivered an old one. The villa itself was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping. The location was peaceful, with no noise day or night, and there was a grocery store just a 5-minute walk away.

This is my second time using Booked.net and it is the best service.This was my first time in Bali with my partner and I wanted to get somewhere special. The villa was beautiful and very private and quiet with our own pool away from the hustle and buslte of Bali night life. The service was excellent it was just perfect and cant praise the villa enough. I would highly recommend this place it was stunning.

The only negative part was the location it is a bit out but the villa provided a shuttle service to places so it really wasn't a problem.

We were blown away by the incredible Balinese-themed villa at Bali Prime Villas. The architectural design and interior were stunning, especially the open-air bathroom. The private pool was a great addition, and the staff even provided an electric pump for our flamingo float! As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the breakfast brought to our villa and the nearby restaurants that catered to our dietary needs. our stay exceeded our expectations.

Bali Prime Villas are amazing! We absolutely loved the decor - huge outdoor living area, relaxing waterfall into our pool, romantic four- poster bed, pebbled outdoor bathroom area just beautiful. It was so nice to come back to the villa each day to find it had been cleaned so perfectly and fresh sheets every day! All staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We liked the location also because it was a quick taxi ride into the main strip but far enough away to be peaceful. The daily Indonesian breakfast was delicious and we were able to choose the time it was delivered to us. Having good accommodation is very important to us on a holiday and we cannot fault Bali Prime. Perfect :)

The Villa is far from town. Not a lot to do in the area and the traffic into town makes staying at the villas seem so far away.
